Check /var/adm/messages for any error messages with "lp" in them from the day the printer disabled itself and post them here.

hi bluescree,

i can't find any error messages in the /var/adm/messages but i find some messages from the /etc/lp/logs/lpsched, but it did not show which printer got problem. kindly see the message as below for reference:

08/11 13:03:32: printer fault. type: write root, status: c
msg: (Printer not responding;Either warming up or needs attention)

hopefully it may help. thanks. Smilie
