convert installed pkgs from a file state to pkg again

I'm trying to install to get
Code:
SUNWrsc

from SunSolve Home Page
i have an rsc card installed on my machine .
now i cannot grab a copy of the patch due to oracle policy , you need a support contract to get patchs and i don't have one now .
also i have no media for solaris sparc and supplemental cd's ( media lost ).
I have a system which
Code:
SUNWrsc

installed on it ,
The question now can i convert installed
Code:
SUNWrsc

from files to a pkg again and install it on the other system,
or where can i get
Code:
SUNWrsc

if the above method is not applicable

sunfreeware.com has an nice walkthrough to create packages. I've never tried it, looks promising though.

Code:
http://sunfreeware.com/pkgadd.html

I don't understand. Why couldn't you find the installed program to which you need a package for and attempt to repackage it?

As i said i cannot download it from SunSolve , also the supplemental media is lost and this package is installed on another system so i want to repackage it from that system and install it into the other system .
At first i thought
Code:
pkgtrans

can do the job . if someone knows any method to achieve what i'm trying to do , by (copying , downloading, install it from the cd's , etc...)
that would be a great assist
