Operating Systems Solaris ssh issue

I'm not trying to login as root . root access is not allowed
i'm logging as normal user then su to root.
so what is the benefit of killing sshd with SIGHUP signal .
please clarify

The SIGHUP is only necessary if you were to change a setting in the sshd-config file to make SSHD "see" the change.

You could try sshing from a Unix machine where you can then run:
Code:
ssh -vvv <servername>

and you will then get some feedback to help you determine why you connection is not working.

The breif of the issue is as the following i can connect from any nix system (solaris - linux ) ( same subnet same site same network or different subnet different network not on same location i mean remotely ) but i cannot connect from any windows host using putty or even winSCP the server refuse's the connection , but i can telnet from windows and see SSH banner .

As othrs have already suggested if you can SSH from other Unix machines then the problems lies with Putty, Putty itslef will be fine, it will be it's configuration that needs looking at...

I'm missing why you are filling this thread with Solaris clients ssh verbose outputs all showing a correctly running session. There is no much point in trying to debug/fix something that works.
As the problem only shows up with putty, enable and get some logs from it and came back with this.

Please post the entries of /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny files.

Thanks,
Deepak

no hosts.deny or hosts.allow under /etc/
there's no IP restriction

If it's a problem with putty configuration , i already tried to connect from multiple newly fresh machines with fresh putty .
i believe the problem is not with putty because i tried winSCP as well as plink

As the documents says that putty store's it's configuration in windows registery . here

I wipeout it completely

also i celared session settings with the following command
Code:
putty.exe -cleanup

I think this would eliminate any chance for a misconfigured putty
