Shell Programming and Scripting

I am logging into a unix box with my personal ID, then su into an application ID to run a script. The script will email a log file at the end. I need to set up a group of users to send to.

I set up a .mailrc file in my home directory, but won't that only work if I am the one to run the script? If a different userid runs the script, the .mailrc file won't be in their home directory.

the account that I have to su into doesn't appear to have a home directory.

I appreciate any suggestions.

'.forward' file and your e-mail address as content of it ?!
