SSH login with user name and script.

I want to login to server using ssh or telnet and execute one command then exit to the shell
Please let me know how to write script for this?

one example.

One example:
$sys will contain your hostnames where you eant to connect.

Code:
ssh2 -q $sys '
echo "\n************************************";
echo "Disc space usage on `uname -n` before cleanup\n";
bdf /opt/;

Another example
