elixir_sinari I gonna check it now. I'll let you know. Thanks one more time.

pamu as I mentioned before in some lines there are duplicates for some factors, which we have to take the maximum number.
I suggesting that the newlines might be the problem for factors at very end of each line. Is there a way to get rid of newlines while reading each line?

elixir_sinari It seems it works fine. But it's so weird that the output data are not tab delimited and instead they are just separated with some random number of spaces which makes the output looks like a table, which is not! Do you know how we can fix this?

It works man! For some reason it is space delimited which I used this command line to convert space to tabs:

awk -v OFS="\t" '$1=$1' filename
