Need help in formatting a file.

Hi,

I have a file in the following format.
cat input

Code:
name: abcd_ef_1
  234:343:343
  343:234:343
 name : abcdef_2
  2343:2343:3434:
  w3243:wr43:2343
  2343:2343:23343:3432
  2343:34234:2343
 name: 3432_343_3
  23432:2343
  2343:23432:32432
  23432:23432:3432432

As you can see above I have name filed and below which there are some txt. It have either 2 or 3 text line. I use paste to do it. but as you can see that the no of fields seperating name are not constant. some of them have 3 inputs some of them have 4 and some have 2.

I need the o/p in the following format.

Code:
cat output_file

 name: abcd_ef_1  234:343:343  343:234:343 
 name: abcdef_2  2343:2343:3434:  w3243:wr43:2343  2343:2343:23343:3432  2343:34234:2343 
 name: 3432_343_3  23432:2343  2343:23432:32432  23432:23432:3432432
