Just pipe output to sort like this:

perl -aF, -ne 'printf "conf zone %2\$s delete host %s,,,$F[3]\n",split/\./,$F[1],2 if /^hostrecord/ &&/\b10\.([89]|1[01234])\.\d+\.\d+/' hosts.csv | sort -t. -k2n -k3n -k4n

Thanks very much for the code. It works fine as is....

If you have a min, and if you like too. can you add a way to sort via IP address from low to high?

If not, I am still very appreciative !!

replace the sort command used above with this one:

Needing a line feed for windows app
