extract features from file2 depending on file1
I want to extract features from file2 depending on file1 eg:
file1:
Code:
GI1G100
GI4G350
GI1G200
........

file2:
Code:
chr1 set GI4G350
chr1 set GI4G250
chr1 set GI4G352
chr1 set2 GI4G350
chr1 set GI1G200
.....

So in this case result should be :
Code:
chr1 set GI4G350
chr1 set2 GI4G350
chr1 set GI1G200

I have written one perl script for it. But i was woundering some one (few) liner solution for this SmilieSmilie
