print OUT qq{$sLine\n} unless ($hTmp{$sLine}++); Still I am not getting how this statement working.
OUT is text file.

What do you not "get" about this statement ?

It's state it will print only if line is not repeated.
But why unless statement is used further.

(Hint) => unless is the opposite of if.
