MAC Address Generator - Sequential

I have the following range of MAC addresses:

00:14:4F:FC:00:00 - 00:14:4F:FF:FF:FF

IS it possible to generate a fromatted list of sequential numbers (hex)?

What would be the best language to use? Perl?
