I think Sendmail is definitely not the one due to its complexity and not so user friendly, there are now java based MTA as well (james)

Try using the perl script "sar2rrd-2.5.pl" but you need rrdtool installed and working

Using ZFS is quite easy as you just attach yr disk to yr pool , without ZFS , then try Disk Suite which is somewhat complicated !
