RedHat Cannot access ssh

I have a problem when it suddenly os I can not ssh access , but if in a ping running normally . we finally restart and return to normal . whether there are needs in the patch ? The following logs :

imo you need more RAM in your box or analyze what process has memleaks.

or you just ran out of PIDs....max PID number is specified by kernel parameter kernel.pid_max

if there would be not enough memory, then system is swapping and even when swap is full then OOM killer would kill some processes..should be visible in dnesg.....in some cases it could be also memory, but in this particular case I would go for not enough PIDs
