Sendmail with SMART_HOST

Hi All,
in my server i configured like below

Code:

define(`SMART_HOST', `mapper.mail.domain.com')dnl
dnl FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')dnl
FEATURE(`relay_based_on_MX')dnl

we have enabled smart host
and als o relay based mx

Code:

vi /etc/sysconfig/sednamil 
DAEMON=no

this is our configuration
i do know any thing else i need configure with DAEMON sending emails
please guide me to do.
