NAME
XSP - Mono ASP.NET Session State Server SYNOPSIS
asp-state [options] DESCRIPTION
asp-state is an out of process ASP.NET session state server. asp-state allows you to have session data saved out of process and/or on a separate computer. To use the asp- server just modify your web.config file to use the state server: <sessionState mode="StateServer" stateConnectionString="tcpip=server:port" stateNetworkTimeout="number of seconds"/> And run asp-state AUTHORS

mono dbsessmgr.exe [options] DESCRIPTION
dbsessmgr allows you to manage the ASP.NET session state database. OPTIONS
--clean Remove all expired sessions. --remove Delete all sessions. --show Display session data. CONFIGURATION
You can choose the assembly and type used to connect to your database backend and also set the connection string and the SQL parameter pre- fix through the configuration file, named dbsessmgr.exe.config. Shopt -s histappend

What is the point of this? Whenever I close my shell it appends to the history file without adding this. I have never seen it overwrite my history file. # When the shell exits, append to the history file instead of overwriting it shopt -s histappend (3 Replies)
