speexdec - The reference implementation speex decoder. SYNOPSIS
speexdec [options] input_file.spx [output_file] DESCRIPTION
Decodes a Speex file and produce a WAV file or raw file input_file can be: filename.spx regular Speex file - stdin output_file can be: filename.wav Wav file filename.* Raw PCM file (any extension other that .wav) - stdout (nothing) Will be played to soundcard OPTIONS

-n, --narrowband Narrowband (8 kHz) input file -w, --wideband Wideband (16 kHz) input file -u, --ultra-wideband "Ultra-wideband" (32 kHz) input file --quality n Encoding quality (0-10), default 8 --bitrate n Encoding bit-rate (use bit-rate n or lower) --vbr Enable variable bit-rate (VBR) --abr rate Enable average bit-rate (ABR) at rate bps --vad Enable voice activity detection (VAD) --dtx Enable file-based discontinuous transmission (DTX) --comp n Set encoding complexity (0-10), default 3 --nframes n Number of frames per Ogg packet (1-10), default 1 --comment Add the given string as an extra comment. Response time under packet loss

I am experiencing a problem where under a dial condition I am experiencing packet loss, which is failrly normal, but the response to the packet loss is taking bewteen 6 and 10 seconds. Packet decoding

Hi, wondering if anyone can suggest a tool to me that will let me either cut & paste hex or type it in for packet decoding. I want to be able to decode a packet as done with tcpdump or wireshark, but I want to be able to manually input the hex myself. (2 Replies)
