NAME
       FcMatrixScale - Scale a matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include <fontconfig.h>

       void FcMatrixScale (FcMatrix *matrix, doublesx, doubledy);

DESCRIPTION
       FcMatrixScale multiplies matrix x values by sx and y values by sy.  This is done by multiplying by the matrix:

	  sx  0
	  0   sy
