pg_result_seek - Set internal row offset in result resource

SYNOPSIS
bool pg_result_seek (resource $result, int $offset) DESCRIPTION
pg_result_seek(3) sets the internal row offset in a result resource. PARAMETERS
o $result - PostgreSQL query result resource, returned by pg_query(3), pg_query_params(3) or pg_execute(3) (among others). o $offset - Row to move the internal offset to in the $result resource. Rows are numbered starting from zero. RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure. EXAMPLES

pg_fetch_all - Fetches all rows from a result as an array

SYNOPSIS
array pg_fetch_all (resource $result) DESCRIPTION
pg_fetch_all(3) returns an array that contains all rows (records) in the result resource. Note This function sets NULL fields to the PHP NULL value. PARAMETERS

Split file by column value

Please help me figure out whats wrong with my code, I have to split a file according to values in 3rd thru 6th column, If the 3rd or 4th col values are >0, row goes to 1 file, if 3rd and 5th are >0,row goes to another file...and so on...
