Data_DIR=${0%/*/*}/data/
Please explain both these lines

Data_DIR=${0%/*/*}/data/
if [[ ${0#/*} = ${0} ]]

what is the meaning of ${0%/*/*}/data/

and what is the meaning of [[ ${0#/*} = ${0} ]]

Question 1: Data_Dir is assigned a modified version of $0, which will contain your script name including path, and strips off everything except the first two directory levels and adds /data/

Code:
$ XYZ="/u01/sub1/sub2/sub3/script.sh"
$ print ${XYZ%/*/*}/data/

/u01/sub1/sub2/data/

Question 2: A comparison is being done one $0 with it's leading slash removed and $0 to see if they are the same.
