CPAN::Nox - Wrapper around CPAN.pm without using any XS module

DESCRIPTION
This package has the same functionality as CPAN.pm, but tries to prevent the usage of compiled extensions during its own execution. Its
primary purpose is a rescue in case you upgraded perl and broke binary compatibility somehow.

inc::Module::Install - Module::Install configuration system
SYNOPSIS
use inc::Module::Install;
DESCRIPTION
This module first checks whether the inc/.author directory exists, and removes the whole inc/ directory if it does, so the module author
always get a fresh inc every time they run Makefile.PL. Next, it unshifts "inc" into @INC, then loads Module::Install from there.
Below is an explanation of the reason for using a loader module:
The original implementation of CPAN::MakeMaker introduces subtle problems for distributions ending with "CPAN" (e.g. CPAN.pm,
WAIT::Format::CPAN), because its placement in ./CPAN/ duplicates the real libraries that will get installed; also, the directory name
./CPAN/ may confuse users.
On the other hand, putting included, for-build-time-only libraries in ./inc/ is a normal practice, and there is little chance that a CPAN
distribution will be called "Something::inc", so it's much safer to use.
Also, it allows for other helper modules like Module::AutoInstall to reside also in inc/, and to make use of them.

Hi folks yet another bizarre piece of code that is Apple OSX 10.12.x to at least 10.14.1 specific.

What is the point of this? Whenever I close my shell it appends to the history file without adding this. I have never seen it overwrite my history file.

I'm trying to delete a file with a weird name from within Terminal on a Mac.
It's a very old file (1992) with null characters in the name: ââWord FinderÂŽ Plusâ˘.

I have to print the number of stars that increases on each line from the minimum number until it reaches the maximum number, and then decreases until it goes back to the minimum number. After printing out the lines of stars, it should also print the total number of stars printed.

Well, guys I saw a question about GOTO for Python.
So this gave me the inspiration to attempt a GOTO function for 'dash', (bash and ksh too).
