Hi,
does readvgda show you any output? Does your disk have a pvid assigned? What kind of storage do you use ?

You can try to remove the scsi reservation or you can try an importvg -f ...

while using lsvg command it is showing only one vg "rootvg". using lspv command for hdisk1 which was earlier datavg it showing like

hdisk1 0009999zzaae0a00 None

as os was crashed and I have cleanly installed frest os, from where it will get the information about datavg?

The information about VG is stored in the VGDA of the disk hdisk1.. so intsalling new OS wont erase this info from hdisk1 and now try this
Code:
importvg -y datavg -f hdisk1

zxmaus suggested you to run the following command and then please post the output of
Code:
readvgda hdisk1
