Binary::getBlockChunk - Return a chunk from a block as an array.
SYNOPSIS
[Int] getBlockChunk( Binary block, Int offset, Int bsize )
ARGUMENTS
block The binary block
offset The offset to start at (zero-indexed)
bsize The length of chunk to read
DESCRIPTION
Return a chunk from a block as an array. Throws an Binary.OffsetOutOfRange(3kaya) Exception if it attempts to access a value outside the
block.

SYNOPSIS

I need to read a binary file. I know for example in byte number 3801-3804 there is a 4 byte number embeded. Is there a way to extract this number from this file and then convert it to ascii via unix??
