pyrpub - convert content to Palm-compatible format SYNOPSIS
dtk [ -P plugin-names ] [ -h | --help ] [ -l | --list-plugins ] [ OPTIONS ... ] FILES ... DESCRIPTION
This manual pages documents pyrpub, the command-line user interface to Pyrite Publisher. Pyrite Publisher is a modular system for convert- ing various kinds of content into forms which are usable on Palm Computing(R) platform handhelds. (Currently only textual document conver- sion is supported, targeting the Doc format which is the de facto standard for large text documents on the Palm platform.) OPTIONS
The options described in this section are part of the Pyrite Publisher core, and are always available. There may be additional options available, depending on what plugins are installed BASIC OPTIONS -h, --help Show a summary of options, including those that apply to all installed plugins. -l, --list-plugins List all installed plugins. -P NAME[,NAME...] Request that a particular plugin be used, if it is possible to do so. (If it is not possible to convert the input using a sequence of plugins that includes the ones specified in this option, an error will be reported.) --list-properties List the names of the properties of all installed plugins. coily command DESCRIPTION
Coily is the command-line tool that utilizes the plugin system. It is similar to grails command-line tool, in that through a series of installed plugins, you are able to do many tasks, including build skeleton apps that you can later flesh out. If you look at the details of this app, you will find a sophisticated, command driven tool to built to manage plugins. The real power is in the plugins themselves. --help Displays a brief summary with all options. --list-installed-plugins List the plugins currently installed in this account. --list-available-plugins List the plugins available for installation. --install-plugin <name> Install the named plugin. --uninstall-plugin <name> Uninstall the named plugin by deleting its entry from ~/.springpython. --reinstall-plugin <name> Uninstall then install the plugin. Vs basic

There isn't much of a relation between 80's BASIC and today's BASIC. A lot of languages seem similar. The BASIC I worked with was Dartmouth or VSBASIC. Now existing as ATARI BASIC. PERL and JULIA look appealing, it would be nice if there where a program like VSBASIC. 80's... (7 Replies)
