Welcome

The easiest way is to run on all Thursdays and write a test in your job to see if OK (1rst or 3rd Thursday) or not

It is through crontab:
You execute via crontab every thursday. and you test in your job if the date is valid...
Otherwise you explain me how it can be done in crontab knowing the crontab format and rules (though under linux there are more options...).

Yes I need to schedule the job through crontab.
But how can I find out 1st and 3rd Thursday at time of scheduling?
or may I need to run it manually every time.
I heard something like 1#4 in the day field.or can we use a small if condition.

Please suggest.

Asking the same question repeatedly won't get you different answers.

A "small if condition" is exactly what we've been telling you to do all along. cron doesn't have "if". shell script does.
