grmiregistry - - Remote object registry
SYNOPSIS
grmiregistry [OPTIONS]... PORT
DESCRIPTION
grmiregistry starts a remote object registry on the current host. If no port number is specified, then port 1099 is used.
OPTIONS
Registry process control:
-restart
Restart RMI naming service, clearing persistent naming database, if any.
-stop
Stop RMI naming service.
Persistence:
-persistent
Make RMI naming service persistent.
-directory DIR
Directory in which to store persistent data.
Debugging:
-verbose
Log binding events to standard out.
Standard options:
-help
Print help text, then exit.
-version
Print version number, then exit.
-JOPTION
Pass argument to the Java runtime.

SYNOPSIS
gjar -ctxui [OPTIONS] jar-file [-C DIR FILE] FILE...
DESCRIPTION
gjar is an implementation of Sun's jar utility that comes with the JDK.
If any file is a directory then it is processed recursively. The manifest file name and the archive file name needs to be specified in the
same order the -m and -f flags are specified.
OPTIONS
Operation mode:
-c Create new archive.
-t List table of contents for archive.
-x Extract named (or all) files from archive.
-u Update existing archive.
-i FILE
Compute archive index.
Operation modifiers:
-f FILE
Specify archive file name.
-0 Store only; use no ZIP compression.
-v Generate verbose output on standard output.
-M Do not create a manifest file for the entries.
-m manifest
Include manifest information from specified manifest file.
File name selection:
-C DIR FILE
Change to the DIR and include the following FILE.
-@ Read the names of the files to add to the archive from stdin. This option is supported only in combination with -c or -u. Non
standard option added in the GCC version.
Standard options:
-help
Print help text, then exit.
-version
Print version number, then exit.

I have installed an application on AIX 5.3, however when i log in as the application owner i cannot open the RMI Port 1099. If i log in as root i can open the RMI port. Is there a specific setting that determines if a user can open the RMI port? I cannot add this user as part of SYS Admin group.

lets say we have two boot interfaces en0 en1
and two resource groups, with two service ips, sip1 and sip2, one persistent ip pers1
both persistend and service ips are applied as ip-alias
when I start the cluster, and bring the resource groups up, it looks like

I have a whole directory and I need each lines of each file to be separated to a new file but I am facing problem naming them :(

Currently we have nmon running on our Red hat Linux server.
The ouput file is now coming with the naming convention as "servername_160321_0010.nmon".
The output file naming convention has to be changed as "nmon_servername_daily_2016.03.21_00.00.00"
