TIME_WAIT in netstat
Why would I get TIME_WAIT when i netstat a port?? What would be some scenarios of this situation??

I start to get the feeling that someone is asking for homework/classwork help.
Earlier I answered your question on one portion of a netstat question - you should note I simply searched for an explaination and added my own info and presented it. Try searching for the information. If you don't understand something, your best source would be your teacher. Evidence: old question mentions teacher last question on netstat - looking for situations where syn_received are found (about the same type of question as this) Please note the RULES of this forum. |
