I recently upgraded from RH 6.2 to RH 6.4 on our diameter application server. After the upgrade, we saw the performance throughput of out diameter application went down about 40%. DESCRIPTION
Please see the README file for details.
This is only a preliminary basic implementation, with only SASL PLAIN support.
There is currently no known public server speaking this protocol.
CURRENT LIMITATIONS
o Nothing is parsed from server greeting message
o Only SASL PLAIN is handled
o Blocks split over multiple chunks are not handled, except for application data
o Nothing is parsed in authentication success result from server
o Only chunk types "application data", "authentication success" and "authentication failure" are recognized and parsed.
