Regarding what i told you about AIX 5.3 ML12 on P7: this was indeed supported as long as AIX 5.3 was supported at all, it was not a hack. IBM retracted the support only because AIX 5.3 itself was not supported any more, not because of any other reasons.

How to Load a CICS IPC Kernel Extension in a versioned "rootvg" WPAR ?

Anyone running CICS TX in a WPAR ? In my attempts to run CICS TX 5.1.0.1 in a WPAR..... CICS fails to start due to unable to load a CICS IPC Kernel Extension.
