seastat output is per second, entstat is total. so you need to multiply seastat output by 60. eventually it will make sense.
ps. by lpar to lpar i mean on the same power machine.

Why are the MAC addresses duplicated in the "seastat" command output for all the LPARs? I can't figure out why one stanza has the LPAR information (hostname and IP) while the other stanza does not? rwho - show who is logged in on local machines
SYNOPSIS
DESCRIPTION
produces output similar to the output of the HP-UX command for all machines on the local network that are running the daemon (see who(1)
