NAME
XltBubbleButton - The BubbleButton widget class SYNOPSIS
#include <Xlt/BubbleButton.h> DESCRIPTION
BubbleButton is a sub-class of PushButton and inherits all of PushButton's functionality. Next paragraph Next paragraph Classes BubbleButton inherits behavior and resources from Core, Primitive, Label, and PushButton classes. The class pointer is XltBubbleButtonWidgetClass. The class name is XltBubbleButton. New Resources The following table defines a set of widget resources used by the programmer to specify data. The programmer can also set the resource values for the inherited classes to set attributes for this widget. To reference a resource by name or by class in a .Xdefaults file, remove the XmN or XmC prefix and use the remaining letters. To specify one of the defined values for a resource in a .Xdefaults file, remove the Xm prefix and use the remaining letters (in either lowercase or uppercase, but include any underscores between words). The codes in the access column indicate if the given resource can be set at creation time (C), set by using XtSetValues (S), retrieved by using XtGetValues (G), or is not applicable (N/A). XltBubbleButton Resource Set Name Class Type Default Access ------------------------------------------------------------------------ XltNbubbleString XltCBubbleString XmString dynamic CSG XltNshowBubble XltCShowBubble Boolean True CSG XltNdelay XltCDelay int 1000 CSG XltNmouseOverString XltCMouseOverString XmString NULL CSG XltNmouseOverPixmap XltCMouseOverPixmap Pixmap None CSG XltNbubbleDuration XltCBubbleDuration int 0 CSG XltNbubbleString The string displayed in the bubble. XltNbubbleDuration If the pointer remains within the button for this long, the bubble will be un-posted. If this value is zero, the bubble remains posted as long as the pointer is in the button. This resource is new as of release 5.0.5. XltNshowBubble Used to enable/disable showing the bubble. XltNdelay The time to wait before displaying the bubble. XltNmouseOverString If not NULL and the labelType is XmSTRING, this is the string shown when the pointer is in the window. XltNmouseOverPixmap If not None and the labelType is XmPIXMAP, this is the pixmap shown when the pointer is in the window. Inherited Resources Host inherits behavior and resources from the following superclasses. For a complete description of each resource, refer to the man page for that superclass. PushButton Resource Set Name Class Type Default Access --------------------------------------- Behavior XltBubbleButton behavior is described below: Virtual Bindings The bindings for virtual keys are vendor specific. For information about bindings for virtual buttons and keys, see VirtualBindings(3X). RELATED INFORMATION

NAME
Constraint - The Constraint widget class SYNOPSIS
#include <Xm/Xm.h> DESCRIPTION
Constraint widgets maintain additional state data for each child. For example, client-defined constraints on the child's geometry may be specified. When a constrained composite widget defines constraint resources, all of that widget's children inherit all of those resources as their own. These constraint resources are set and read just the same as any other resources defined for the child. This resource inheritance extends exactly one generation down, which means only the first-generation children of a constrained composite widget inherit the parent widget's constraint resources. Because constraint resources are defined by the parent widgets and not the children, the child widgets never directly use the constraint resource data. Instead, the parents use constraint resource data to attach child-specific data to children. Classes Constraint inherits behavior and resources from Composite and Core. The class pointer is constraintWidgetClass. The class name is Constraint. New Resources Constraint defines no new resources. Inherited Resources Constraint inherits behavior and resources from Composite and Core. The following table defines a set of widget resources used by the pro- grammer to specify data.
