Linear(3) User Contributed Perl Documentation Linear(3)NAME
PDL::Filter::Linear - linear filtering for PDL
SYNOPSIS
$a = new PDL::Filter::Linear(
{Weights => $v,
Point => 10});
$b = new PDL::Filter::Gaussian(15,2); # 15 points, 2 std devn.
($pred,$corrslic) = $a->predict($dat);
DESCRIPTION
A wrapper for generic linear filters. Just for convenience. This should in the future use DataPresenter.
Also, this class should at some point learn to do FFT whenever it is useful.

Graphics::Primitive::Paint::Gradient::Linear - Linear color blending
DESCRIPTION
Graphics::Primitive::Paint::Gradient::Linear is a gradient along a line.
SYNOPSIS
use Graphics::Primitive::Paint::Gradient::Linear;
my $gradient = Graphics::Primitive::Gradient::Linear->new(
line => Geometry::Primitive::Line->new(
start => Graphics::Primitive::Point->new(x => 0, y => 0),
end => Graphics::Primitive::Point->new(x => 0, y => 10),
)
);
$gradient->add_stop(0.0, $color1);
$gradient->add_stop(1.0, $color2);
METHODS
Constructor
new Creates a new Graphics::Primitive::Gradient
Instance Methods
add_stop
Adds a color stop at the specified position
colors
Hashref of colors and their stops. The stops are the keys.
line
The line along which the gradient should run.
stop_count
Count of stops added to this Gradient.
stops
Get the keys of all color stops.

Hi,
What is installation package and how to create it?
When we run:
in AIX:
installp package1
or
in Linux
rpm -ivh mypackage
What is package1 or mypackage in the abov examples and how to create them and deploy them?
I hope my question is clear enough.

What is the point of this? Whenever I close my shell it appends to the history file without adding this. I have never seen it overwrite my history file.

After the success of the jq - tool for parsing and manipulating JSON-Data someone wrote a tool called yq, which aims to be the same for YAML, what jq is for JSON. Seems to work fine. I'll definitely give it a chance in future.
Example YAML-File:
