In this casual video, we review how to use CODE, ICODE and QUOTE tags in 4K video for formatting posts at the UNIX and Linux Forums (unix.com).
Experience shows that when people have technical questions and they format their unix and linux technical questions well using the proper formatting tags, they always get better responses to their tech and coding questions.
Machines cannot format nearly as well as humans do, so please format your posts, especially when you post file content, input, output, commands, scripts, error messages and so forth.
Actually I type in the tags as I need them rather than use the interface, but a good tutorial nevertheless...
And I viewed the site on my phone for the first time in ages today and it is much more user friendly for mobile/portable usage.
