Top 5 Roadblocks to a Secure Cyberspace in 2019 | YouTube Video

Here is a shout-out to wisecracker, who selected the sound track for this new video:

5. Arm Chair Quarterbacks

Leadership across-the-board in government and industry
has little to zero hands-on-the-keyboard operational
experience in cyber defense. Most are but arm chair quarterbacks
in the very challenging cyber domain.

4. Cyberspace is Invisible

Unlike land, air, sea and space ops, cyberspace is
not visible to the naked eye. Cyberspace is very
different that traditional military "battle spaces"
and so traditional defenses are ineffective.

3. Visualizing Cyberspace is Under Funded

Commercial industry and governments have not invested
in the tools and technologies necessary to virtualize,
visualize and operationalize cyberspace so defenders
can "see" inside of cyberspace in near real-time.

2. Debasement of Humans

Commercial industry and governments have convinced
us that computers are soon to become more intelligent
than humans, effectively debasing humans in favor
of machines.

1. AI is a False Promise

Commercial industry and governments have convinced
society that machines and AI will solve the serious
cybersecurity threats we face. This is a false and dangerous.

The two sudden breaks were timed well within the video, hat's off to you for that one...

Are all your videos going to be related primarily to Cyberspace, if so then I will search the music samples accordingly...

I might, Essential Tremo[u]rs permitting, create a short sample using my Guitar. I will have to experiment first.

EDIT:
(What I used to sound like, live 1976 me playing lead and singing: http://amiga.serveftp.net/Test_gear/Sky/Sky-MyLove.mp3 )

No, not all about cyberspace, but many I think.

Others are about Linux and UNIX (beginner stuff) and the site, I hope.

On the guest player, all the top videos according to the stats are related to the site, so it is a good idea to create more videos related to the site and unix and linux.

I am planning a "history of unix', but it will need to be longer than 1.5 minutes, LOL, and I don't have good stock video footage for that project, unfortunately.

Hey Wise,

I re-rendered this one to change the timing a tiny bit and fix a small typo (and added a tiny glitch for fun).

It's basically the same, but slightly better Smilie

Thanks again for the great sound track recommendation. It worked perfectly for this video.

Actually, the sound track you select really made the video stand out, Wise! Great work!

Thanks for your song clip as well. Was that you doing the voice intro and singing too?

Thanks!

Yeah, I was young there at age 26. I am now 68, (69 NB).

I am looking for a crescendo piece, something along the lines of Ravel's Bolero but using say a synth or orchestral sound...
Found this one but not sure about it yet:

Cinematic Inspirational Piano And Cello - Royalty Free Music | Motion Array
(Title: Cinematic Inspirational Piano and cello.)

Page 10 of classical...
Reasons:
Very laid back.
A Crescendo piece.
Abrupt ending with much reverb making a powerful finish.
Suitable for video with major point to make at the end.

That's a beautiful piece... really.

That will great for an uplifting story, a journey of discovery, etc.

Or, maybe we will use it for a video about one of your projects Smilie . We have the sound track, now send me the some HD videos or images, enough to create a core story, and maybe pick out some stock video from Motion Array or VideoBlocks as well to add the B roll stock video (for filler or emphasis) in with your own images and videos from your best project you want to share in video.

I'll produce the first draft and sent it to you for review Smilie

Then we will publish it on YT and on our site video player in the video playlist.
