New Enhanced Forum Features for VIP Members

Dear All,

Thank you for your support. As promised I have upgrade features for unix.com forum VIP members as follows:

Who's Online Permissions
  • Can View IP Addresses
  • Can View Detailed Location Info for Users
  • Can View Detailed Location Info of Users Who Visit Bad / No Permission Locations
  • Can view actual location of user (filepath/url).


Attachment Permissions
  • Space (in bytes) that a user's total attachment usage may consume 20,000,000 (increased from 1,000,000)

Calendar Permissions
  • Can Post Events
  • Can Edit Own Events
  • Can Delete Own Events
  • Can View Others' Events
  • Posted Events are Not Moderated


Private Message Permissions
  • Maximum Stored Messages: 1000 (upgraded from 500)


User Note Permissions
  • Can View User Notes About Others
  • Can Manage User Notes About Self
  • Can View User Notes About Self
  • Can Post User Notes About Self
  • Can Post User Notes About Others
