Hello, does anybody know where I can download a copy of ORACLE 7 or Personal ORACLE 7 ?

They might have an archive with Oracle 7.... but looks like the archived release is Oracle 8.....

Looks like, Oracle 7 is not vailable for download at OTN. Your best bet would be to contact Oracle Customer Service.

If you are in school, they might have copies of older versions.
