Bug Cannot connect to the Internet

I running HPUX 11.0,
Netscape gives me an error "Unable to locate Server" when using a www.something.com address.

If I use an IP address I get past the router and onto the Internet.

My workstation can get to the Router @ 192.168.0.1 and also it's local APACHE server.

I have DHCP enabled in sam. DNS is running(If it Has to?) and been looking at named.boot & resolve.conf.

Windows NT on same LAN has no problems getting on the internet and also can get to APACHE

Sounds like you are not pointing to a DNS server in /etc/resolve.conf.

reslov.conf looks OK. It was updated when I enabled the DHCP client. It has a line in it that says

nameserver 192.168.0.1

This is the IP of my router. Is there something I should add to It. Is there any steps I am Missing?

There lies your problem....the ip address should be that of your ISP's nameserver NOT your routers address.

Agreed.

Change the nameserver value to your DNS and you should be good to go.

My ISP said it is dynamic? (he really did not want to give support)
Any way I could find it out? My ISP is Cablevision in NJ?
My router shows a WAN IP, I did try it, it did not work.
