ftping a Zip file
i want to sftp a .zip file.when i am doing get abc.zip thenabc.zip is getting copied to my home folder.
but on clicking abc.zip on my home folder to open it i am getting error message as

"Unable to unarchive abc.zip into <homefolder> name"
How to sftp the Zip file

1. Check if our abc.zip is not damaged, ie. unzip it from where you want to get it or where you created it.
2. When doing sftp, be sure to have the binary mode activated so your abc.zip will not get corrupted.
3. Check another tool to unzip it, like WinRar for the case, that you are on a windows box or whatever, since you didn't write which Unix/Linux you use.
4. If it still not works, try another compression tool like gzip bzip2 or compress.
5. Good luck.
