Move all files in a directory tree to a signal directory?
Is this possible? Let me know If I need specify further on what I am trying to do- I just want to spare you the boring details of my personal file management.

Suppose you have a directory structure like this:

dir1
|____dir2
| |____file2a
| |____file2b
|____dir3
| |____dir4
| | |____file4a
| | |____file4b
| |____file3a
| |____file3b
|____file1a
|____file1b

If you mean moving all files "fileXX" into a single directory you can try this:

find dir1 -type f -exec mv {} /my/directory \;

# 3
