Java Internet sharing

I wanted to share internet with my Server running Win 2000 and client on Solaris 8.

I networked them with a hub and 2 NICs on Server.

Is there any software to share the internet? Need help!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

What do you mean by "sharing internet" do you mean share an IP address on being on the same network?

Second do you have one machine running windows 2000 and Solaris 8 or two different machine?

I have two different systems running Windows and Solaris and I wanted to share my DSL connected to Windows m/c with Solaris m/c.

How do I configure Solaris?

get a router such as a linksys and run nat.

very easy to do.

Or you can just setup an independed connection using PPPoE.

hey ,
try installing a proxy on ur win machine , and just add solaris client to tht proxy as user!!! . and u get sharing man.
i did it with my dell and unix box.
