Hi,
My tcsh window doesn't have a scrollbar, so I don't get a lot of history! Can you help to get scrollbar?
Thanks

There is not enough information here to really help you. Which windowing system are you using (Gnome, KDE, Xfce, something else? If you don't understand the question, can you describe your environment, what do you do to log in and what does it look like)?

Does shift+PgUp scroll back for you?

thank you for replying...
I know my question is not very clear beacue I'm really a dummy in Unix and I just started using it...

I installed cygwin/x and then I changed the shell from bash to tcsh...now when I start it by clicking on startxwin.bat I get a window without scrollbar. So, the commands start to disappear from the top of the page when I go over one page. So, I can't go back and look at them. And, when I do shift+page up I get "2A".
