Interactive Restore waring

Hi Guys, Girls,

Got a little question here.
When I want to restore something using the restore -if command,
I get the following waring:

You have not read any media yet.

Specify the next volume number:

Can anybody tell me what this warning means?? And what I should fill in??

Thanx in Advance
