Check which version of Sendmail you are using by the following:
/usr/lib/sendmail -d0.1 -bt < /dev/null

This will give you something like the following:
/usr/lib/sendmail -d0.1 -bt < /dev/null
Version 8.11.6
Compiled with: MAP_REGEX LOG MATCHGECOS MIME7TO8 MIME8TO7 NAMED_BIND
NDBM NETINET NETUNIX NEWDB NIS NISPLUS QUEUE SCANF SMTP USERDB
XDEBUG

============ SYSTEM IDENTITY (after readcf) ============
(short domain name) $w = medusa
(canonical domain name) $j = medusa.tampa.yourcompany.com
(subdomain name) $m = tampa.yourcompany.com
(node name) $k = medusa
========================================================

ADDRESS TEST MODE (ruleset 3 NOT automatically invoked)
Enter <ruleset> <address>
>
$

It should also tell you what directories that Sendmail is complaining about with world writable (if it's something to do with the normal files-directories) You can then fix that and run the command again to see if they went away.

This is what I get:

isgsi01(root)69: /usr/lib/sendmail -d0.1 -bt < /dev/null
Version 8.9.3+Sun
Compiled with: MAP_REGEX LOG MATCHGECOS MIME7TO8 MIME8TO7 NAMED_BIND
NDBM NETINET NETUNIX NEWDB NIS NISPLUS QUEUE SCANF SMTP USERDB
XDEBUG

============ SYSTEM IDENTITY (after readcf) ============
(short domain name) $w = isgsi01
(canonical domain name) $j = isgsi01.............
(subdomain name) $m = ..................
(node name) $k = isgsi01................
========================================================

ADDRESS TEST MODE (ruleset 3 NOT automatically invoked)
Enter <ruleset> <address>
> isgsi01(root)70:
isgsi01(root)70:

it is similar to your message, the problem is still there though.

Can anyone help please??

Yeah it is, but only because someone told it to. Maybe that clarify package needs some help with mail?

If nothing else you could alias none to nobody. But the real solution is to find the guy who's sending mail to none and straighten him out.

I think I found something relative. When you create new account in clarify all the users have been added with their email to "none".
Shall I will change this to NULL or to nobody ??

Thanks
