Is it possible in unix to send a mail to my acount like (abcd@xyz.com)
if yes then how ??

yes, by reading the FAQs

In UNIX,We can send a mail to our mail ID and group of mail ID's also using mailx command

mailx -s "Mail Subaject" "Mail Body" "ourmail@gmail.com" -c "yourmail@gmail.com"

or

mailx -s "$Subject" "$MailBody" "$Mail_DL"

where $Subject is the content of mail subect.
$MailBody is the Body of the mail.
$$Mail_DL is the group of mail ID's (etc Mail_ID ="siva.p@gmail.com ,\
unix@gmail.com"
-c is for CC
-b is for BCC

we can set my mail ID to the from address like which is sending from my mail ID.

How can i include the "sender_id" ?
Will the mail be automatically be saved somewhere? If yes, how can i disable or remove the quto-save function ?

sender id should be possible with ' -r ' option of mailx

I am using csh.
Is there a csh version of script you have written ?

Will the mailx command auto-generate some log such that it will put s strain on the system jus like cronjob ?
