Yes,
But i thought if it's bold in UNIX, it will be bold when imported into Excel

Any way to make a field name shows in Bold letters when i convert a UNIX file to an Excel sheet?

There is none. A delimited file cannot contain format information, you will have to do this after importing to Excel or use a different data format on the Unix side. I believe there are perl modules for doing this, but have never used them.
