List services running in UNIX

We have lost our Sys Admin and with the DST changes.. i need to make sure all services are re-started on a SUN server running SUNOS 5.9

How can i list what is running and make sure they are running after the DST patches are applied?

i think the command 'ps -ef' will show the most current services running in the background.

And this command checks to see if the DST patch is working:

Run the command:

Zdump -v US/Eastern | grep 2007

It should produce an output like:

US/Eastern Mon Feb 19 14:34:04 2007 UTC = Mon Feb 19 09:34:04 2007 EST isdst=0

US/Eastern Sun Mar 11 06:59:59 2007 UTC = Sun Mar 11 01:59:59 2007 EST isdst=0

US/Eastern Sun Mar 11 07:00:00 2007 UTC = Sun Mar 11 03:00:00 2007 EDT isdst=1

US/Eastern Sun Nov 4 05:59:59 2007 UTC = Sun Nov 4 01:59:59 2007 EDT isdst=1

US/Eastern Sun Nov 4 06:00:00 2007 UTC = Sun Nov 4 01:00:00 2007 EST isdst=0

Which shows the ST/DST transition dates for 2007. If a system does not have the 2007 updates, the transitions will be April 1st and October 28th.
