Sending Mail

Please help me out
i want to know how to send email from unix machine to any email-id.
mail to be sent is web based mail.

What sort of connection are you trying to make?

Sending an e-mail?
SMB (Samba)?
Web based e-mail?
ssh?
ftp?

Need more information.
