Data Data arrangement

I have these following data:

Home Tom
Member List
100 Yes
200 No

Home Tom
Member List
1 No
2 Yes

Home Tome
Member List
3 No
400 Yes


I want my data to be consistants like this:

Home Tom
100 Yes
200 No

Home Tom
2 Yes <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<yes move up 1 row
1 No

Home Tome
400 Yes <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Yes move up 1 row
3 No


Can someone help?

do u mean that when u choose yes the number will increase ?

I am not making myself clear. Sorry!....But all I want is the data that have a YES or a NO right below Home Tom not one Yes then the other is NO

For Example:

Home Tom
yes
no

Home Tom
no
yes

Home Tom
no yes

I want:

Home Tom
yes
no

Home Tom
yes
no

Home Tom
yes
no

Just either no or yes right under Home Tom! The number is just a number increase or decrease random!
