Question Veritas File System
Hello All. I have a question concerning VFS (Veritas File System).

I are attempting to upgrade Solaris 2.6 UFS to the VFS (Veritas File System). We use Veritas to perform all our backups. I have been unable to find any documentation on SUN's or Veritas's website. The server's are SUN 4500 and 5500.
I have never done this before........PLEASE I need help. What do I do??

You may contact with Veritas; as I know they have a script to do it.

The way I am doing, backup all files, and on the machine load the VxFS. After done, vxrestore the files back to machine.

i.e.
Machine A has VxFs now. Files are backup on Machine B (ufs)

ufsdump from B | rsh A "(vxrestore on A)
