I'm am working with a Red Hat Enterprise 3 server.

Is there a query to do that without checking the BIOS?

If red hat 4 crash. How do I find out the error info or the last log info? I tried dmesg and /var/log/messages, it's not there.

I just installed red hat 7.2 on my laptop. it's dual booted with xp and red hat. when i boot in to linux it boots up to the screen to ask me my name and pass....i put in root and my password. after this it goes to a blue screen and sits there. the after about 2 minutes it comes up with a fatal... rhnplugin.conf - Configuration file for the rhnplugin(8) yum(8) plugin.
rhnplugin.conf contains configuration options which are specific to rhnplugin(8). The configuration file is located at /etc/yum/plugin-
Either `0' or `1'. Determines whether the plugin will be used by yum or not. Default value is `1'.
