Help me to use grep command
I have input like this
Code:
6asdcdfrA
5dfgrytrA
6asdcdfrB
5dfgrytrA

I want to remove a line contain with starting 6 and ending with A.

There isn't much to explain:

Invoke the grep utility to read a file named Input_file and print every line in the file that does not match (-v) the basic regular expression ^6.*A$. That BRE matches a line that consists of a "6" (6) found at the start of the line (^) followed by any character (.) occurring zero or more times (*) followed by an "A" (A) found at the end of the line ($).
